### 1\. Radiographic Evaluation

Radiographic evaluation and access cavity preparation.

### 2\. Glide Path

Glide path: #10 K-file, negotiate to working length up to #20 K-file.

### 3\. Canal-Size-Dependent File Selection

Narrow canals (K#15 at WL): EK1 (#25/4%) single file. Medium canals (K#20 at WL): EK1 (#25/4%) → EK2 (#25/6%). Wide canals (K#25 at WL): EK2 (#25/6%) → EK3 (#30/4%). Anterior/very wide (K#30 at WL): EK4 (#40/4%, 19mm) single file.

### 4\. Settings & Motion

Continuous rotation: 350 RPM, 4 Ncm per manufacturer PDF. Reciprocation option: 150°/30° or 210°/90°, 350 RPM, 2-4 Ncm.

### 5\. Irrigation

NaOCl irrigation after each file, EDTA final rinse.

### 6\. Obturation

Obturation with resorbable material.

- •350 RPM, 4 Ncm (continuous) per manufacturer Rotatory Kids PDF
- •Reciprocation available: 150°/30° or 210°/90°, 350 RPM, 2-4 Ncm
- •Canal-size-dependent protocol — 1-2 files per canal, not a sequential system
- •EK1 and EK2 share #25 tip — EK1 (4%) for narrow, EK2 (6%) for medium canals
- •EK4 is longer (19mm) for anterior primary teeth with longer roots
- •Kit includes 3x EK2 (most frequently used file)

## Warnings

- ⚠Do not force beyond the apex
- ⚠Do not apply excessive pressure — dentin walls are thin

- →Alloy: heat-treated NiTi per manufacturer ("NiTi con tratamiento térmico"). Note: Faus-Matoses 2023 (Appl Sci 13:4612) characterizes Endogal as "CM Blue Wire NiTi" via EDX, but that paper studies ADULT Endogal files (25/.06), not the Kids line.
- →Triangular cross-section per manufacturer ("sección triangular")
- →Canal-size-dependent protocol — 1-2 files per canal, not a sequential system
- →EK1 and EK2 share #25 tip: EK1 (4%) for narrow, EK2 (6%) for medium canals
