This is not a dedicated pediatric product. VDW documentation describes the adult Mtwo system, and pediatric sequences on this page are adapted from primary-tooth studies that used the adult files at short working lengths.

Establish glide path with #08-10 K-file.

10/.04 → 15/.05 → 20/.06 → 25/.06. 280 RPM (250-350), file-specific torque values (1.2-2.3 Ncm).

## Clinical Tips

- •VDW quality — German manufacturing
- •S-shaped (double S) cross-section — high flexibility and debris removal
- •Standard Mtwo files used with 16mm working part for pediatric cases
- •File-specific torque values: 10→1.2, 15→1.3, 20→2.1, 25→2.3 Ncm

## Warnings

- ⚠No special heat treatment — conventional superelastic NiTi
- ⚠No official VDW product called "Mtwo Baby" — these are standard Mtwo files
