EndoGuide is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our practices.
Data We Collect
Browsing EndoGuide requires no account or login; while you browse we do not collect personal data, track your location, access your contacts, photos, or files, or display advertisements. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data (such as page URL, referrer, and country) with no cookies and no personal identification. The only exception is the free PDF resource form described below.
Free PDF Resource Form
When you request the free PDF guide, we process the information below solely on the basis of your explicit consent; you can withdraw it at any time. Data controller: Dr. Levent Yüksel (EndoGuide). Contact: Instagram @endoleventyuksel or drleventyuksel.com. Data collected: phone number, email address, and Instagram username. We also record your IP address and browser information (user-agent) for security and abuse prevention. Purpose: to deliver the guide to you. If you give the optional consent, to share related educational content. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5 and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Storage and transfers: data is stored in a Neon (Postgres) database running on Vercel infrastructure. Servers may be located outside Türkiye (in the EU or US); such transfer relies on your explicit consent. Data is never shared with advertising networks or third parties, and is never sold. Retention: records are kept for up to 24 months, and deleted sooner if you withdraw consent or request deletion. Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data and to withdraw consent (KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR). Contact us via Instagram @endoleventyuksel to exercise these rights.
Local Storage
The app stores only your language preference on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Connectivity & Offline Use
EndoGuide is a standard website that loads its content over the internet; it does not include offline use or service-worker caching. When you visit, the site sends anonymous page-view events to Vercel Analytics. No personal data is transmitted.
Third-Party Services
EndoGuide uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track individual users. No advertising networks or other third-party tracking services are integrated.
Children's Privacy
EndoGuide does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The free PDF resource form is intended for dentists and dental students.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
