This policy explains our practices. ## Data We Collect Browsing EndoGuide requires no account or login; while you browse we do not collect personal data, track your location, access your contacts, photos, or files, or display advertisements. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data (such as page URL, referrer, and country) with no cookies and no personal identification. The one exception, described below and only when you use it, is the free PDF resource form. ## Free PDF Resource Form When you request the free PDF guide, we process the information below; you can withdraw your consent at any time. Data collected: first and last name, phone number, email address, and Instagram username, plus the topic you would like covered at a future training or in the next PDF guide (required). We also record your IP address and browser information (user-agent) for security and abuse prevention. Purpose and legal basis: we use your e-mail address to send you the guide, and — only if you tick the optional box — to tell you about related educational content. That rests on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Some guides download straight from the page once the form is submitted; for those no e-mail is sent and your details are kept as the record of your request. The IP address and user-agent are recorded to stop the form being abused, on the basis of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) rather than consent, so they remain in the log even if you withdraw it. Who else sees it: the record is stored in a Neon (Postgres) database running on Vercel infrastructure, and the download link is e-mailed through Resend, which receives your name and e-mail address in order to deliver it. Servers may be located outside Türkiye (in the EU or US). Your data is never shared with advertising networks, never sold, and given to no one else. Retention: records are kept while the educational contact purpose continues, and are deleted on request. Deletion is carried out by hand rather than on a timer — write to the address above and we will remove your record. Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data and to withdraw consent (KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR). Write to leventyuksel93@gmail.com; we answer within thirty days. ## Device Storage and Cookies EndoGuide saves a few things in your own browser so the site remembers how you left it: your language and display preferences (including chairside mode), your favourites and comparison list, the answers you have entered in the Find Your File and case-difficulty tools, and your My Kit selections. Everything in this list stays on your device: it is not uploaded to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. We use one small cookie, functional rather than tracking: it records the language you last chose. Which language a page appears in is decided by its address, not by the cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. ## Connectivity & Offline Use EndoGuide is a standard website that loads its content over the internet; it does not include offline use or service-worker caching. When you visit, the site sends anonymous page-view events to Vercel Analytics; that measurement carries no personal data. The PDF form described above is separate, and only sends anything when you use it. ## Third-Party Services EndoGuide uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics; per Vercel's own documentation it does not use cookies and does not identify individual users. Two other processors are involved only when you use the PDF resource form: Neon hosts the database and Resend sends the download e-mail. No advertising networks or other third-party tracking services are integrated. ## Children's Privacy EndoGuide does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
