## Protocol

### Glide Path

1. **Hand-File Scout to Working Length** — Use a #10 SSK to dredge the canal until it reaches working length. Repeatedly enter to establish a reproducible smooth path. Measure WL and rinse with copious sodium hypochlorite (per brochure step 1).
2. **Second Pass with #15 SSK** — Use the #15 SSK to dredge the canal. After reaching WL, again repeatedly enter to establish a reproducible smooth path. Measure WL the second time and irrigate with copious NaOCl (per brochure step 2).
3. **Orifice Enlargement with ST** — Brochure operation sequence image (page 1) places ST (30/.08, 3.0 N·cm, blue stop) between the K-file scout (#10/#15) and PG (17/.04). The brochure text Operation Sequence steps 1–4 do not include a dedicated ST step, so ST usage details are inferred from the sequence diagram only. _(File: ST 30/.08 · 3.0 N·cm)_
4. **Mechanical Path with PG** — Use PG (17/.04) with lateral force against the canal wall and a brushing motion to enlarge the cross-sectional area. Advance 1 mm at a time, briefly pulling up the NiTi file, until out-stroke 1/3 of the root apex. Follow the original canal anatomy to avoid deviation. Irrigate with NaOCl, dredge with #15 SSK, and irrigate again (per brochure step 3). _(File: PG 17/.04 · 3.0 N·cm)_

### Shaping

1. **Shape with E1** — Use E1 (20/.04) with lateral brushing force and 1 mm step-down advance. Pull up briefly between strokes. For posterior teeth with thinner canals, preparation may be completed at this step (per brochure step 4). _(File: E1 20/.04 · 1.5 N·cm)_
   - For thin posterior canals, preparation can stop at E1 (per brochure)
2. **Shape with E2 / E3 / E4 as Needed** — Continue the same brushing motion with E2 (25/.04), then E3 (20/.06), then E4 (25/.06) according to canal anatomy. E3 and E4 are pre-bendable for difficult access cases (per brochure operation sequence and file table). _(File: E2 → E3 → E4 · 1.5–2.5 N·cm)_
   - E3/E4 are pre-bendable — useful for curved or difficult-access canals (per brochure)
   - Brand cites a 200% improvement in durability, cutting efficiency, and fracture resistance vs ungrouped competitor (per brochure marketing claim — not independently verified)

### Finishing

1. **Confirm Apical Preparation** — Verify final apical preparation with a matching hand file, irrigate, and dry before obturation.

## Clinical Tips

- Mixed alloy strategy: ST/PG/E1/E2 are heat-treated shapers; E3/E4 add pre-bendability for difficult access (per brochure)
- Brand cites a 200% improvement in durability, cutting efficiency, and fracture resistance vs competitor (per brochure marketing claim — not independently verified)
- Adapted S cross-section is described as supporting higher cutting efficiency and debris removal (per brochure)
- Maximum sterilization temperature: ≤134 °C (per brochure file table)

## Warnings

- Single-use; discard after each canal (per Perfect Dental IFU family precautions — T-Pro brochure has no dedicated IFU section)
- Do not autoclave above 200 °C including drying phase (per Perfect Dental IFU family precautions — T-Pro brochure has no dedicated IFU section)
- Do not fully immerse in NaOCl; only the working part may contact a max 5% NaCl solution for up to 5 minutes (per Perfect Dental IFU family precautions — T-Pro brochure has no dedicated IFU section)
- Use minimal apical pressure; never force the file (per Perfect Dental IFU family precautions — T-Pro brochure has no dedicated IFU section)
- Inspect each file for distortion, unwinding, corrosion, or damaged edges before use (per Perfect Dental IFU family precautions — T-Pro brochure has no dedicated IFU section)
- Contraindicated in patients with nickel allergy (per IFU)

## Contraindications
