Clinical Tip

Reciproc is the original single-file reciprocating concept in M-Wire — three apical sizes (R25/R40/R50) at 150°/30° on a dedicated motor setting. EdgeFile X7 is a fourteen-file continuous-rotation .04/.06 matrix (17–45) in Fire-Wire wire that can be pre-bent. Choose Reciproc for single-file reciprocation with an established preset, X7 for graduated crown-down control and a wider apical size range. Note that Reciproc blue is the later generation of the same family and is the more flexible of the two VDW options.
