Protocol

1. Radiographic Evaluation

Radiographic evaluation and access cavity preparation.

2. Glide Path

Glide path: #10 K-file, negotiate to working length up to #20 K-file.

3. Canal-Size-Dependent File Selection

Narrow canals (K#15 at WL): EK1 (#25/4%) single file. Medium canals (K#20 at WL): EK1 (#25/4%) → EK2 (#25/6%). Wide canals (K#25 at WL): EK2 (#25/6%) → EK3 (#30/4%). Anterior/very wide (K#30 at WL): EK4 (#40/4%, 19mm) single file.

4. Settings & Motion

Continuous rotation: 350 RPM, 4 Ncm per manufacturer PDF. Reciprocation option: 150°/30° or 210°/90°, 350 RPM, 2-4 Ncm.

5. Irrigation

NaOCl irrigation after each file, EDTA final rinse.

6. Obturation

Obturation with resorbable material.

→Alloy: heat-treated NiTi per manufacturer ("NiTi con tratamiento térmico"). Note: Faus-Matoses 2023 (Appl Sci 13:4612) characterizes Endogal as "CM Blue Wire NiTi" via EDX, but that paper studies ADULT Endogal files (25/.06), not the Kids line.
