1. Access & Exploration
Prepare access cavity, identify & establish orifice. Explore canal using #10, #15 K-files. Determine working length with radiograph.

2. Shaping (4% core system)
#20 -> #25 -> #30 sequence at 350 RPM, 1.5 Ncm. Use brushing motion: take file passively to light resistance, brush out. Clean flutes after every few strokes.

3. Wider Canals (6% files)
#35, #40, or #45 (6% taper) for wider primary tooth canals requiring additional preparation.

Irrigate canal and recapitulate with K-file after each rotary file.
