Clinical Tips
Gold heat treatment: 2x cyclic fatigue resistance vs conventional NiTi
Blue heat treatment: 4x cyclic fatigue resistance vs conventional NiTi
Blue files can be pre-bent before canal entry due to controlled memory
Laser-marked length indicators and tip/taper info on handle
Speed range: 250-350 RPM (300 RPM recommended)
Files may appear slightly curved after heat treatment - this is normal
Autoclavable for reuse (inspect before each use)
Warnings
- Contains nickel - do not use on patients with nickel allergy
- Do not immerse in sodium hypochlorite solution
- Inspect for distortion, uneven flutes, dull spots before use
- Discard if any unwinding or deformation observed
- Multiple reprocessing cycles increase separation risk
- Do not use in severe/sudden apical curvatures - risk of separation
