Wide and oval canals — frequently encountered in mandibular incisors after pulp necrosis, maxillary anteriors, and mature roots — benefit from files designed to engage canal walls more uniformly and finish to larger apical sizes. The systems below offer larger apical diameters (typically ISO 35–50+), variable taper options, and cross-section geometries that improve debridement of irregular anatomy. Adjunctive irrigation activation is generally recommended in these cases to enhance cleaning of areas the file does not reach.
