Clinical Tips

All files use 500 RPM; torque varies by taper and size

Controlled-memory alloy provides excellent flexibility without shape memory spring-back

Violet titanium oxide surface layer is characteristic of the heat treatment

1mm flute diameter (20% smaller than competitors) for minimally invasive shaping

Can also be used in Adaptive Motion on Kerr elements e-motion motor

Available in 21mm, 25mm, and 31mm lengths for all sizes

Must be cleaned and sterilized before first use (non-sterile out of box)

Assorted packs available: .04 Asst (20-45) and .06 Asst (20-45)

Warnings

  • Single-use only — do not reuse, risk of cross-contamination and breakage
  • Contains nickel, brass, and titanium — do not use on patients with sensitivity
  • Must be sterilized before first use: autoclave 132°C/4 min pre-vacuum or 121°C/30 min gravity
  • Do NOT sterilize in chemical sterilization unit (causes corrosion)
  • Maximum curvature: up to 90° — exercise additional caution at 30°+ curvature
  • Inspect for deformation, breakage, fractures, or corrosion before use
  • Use rubber dam to avoid accidental aspiration or ingestion
