TS4™
Five-instrument sequence combining a 20/.07 orifice opener, 15/.04 glider, 25/.02 Twin Shaper, and 030/.04 + 030/.02 deep-cleaning files at differentiated speeds (350–1000 rpm) per brochure-style IFU
| File | Tip | Taper | Speed rpm | Torque Ncm |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20/.07 | 0.20 | 7% | 350-500 | 2.0-3.0 |
| Glider 15/.04 | 0.15 | 4% | 350-500 | 1.0-1.5 |
| Twin Shaper 25/.02 | 0.25 | 2% | 800-1000 | 1.0 |
| Shaper 30/.04 | 0.30 | 4% | 1000 | 1.0 |
| Finisher 30/.02 | 0.30 | 2% | 800 | 1.0 |
Differentiated speeds per spec table: 350–500 rpm for 20/.07 + 15/.04, 800–1000 rpm for Twin Shaper 25/.02, 1000 rpm for 30/.04, 800 rpm for 30/.02 (per IFU spec table)
IFU step-by-step (section 7) only explicitly uses three files: 015/.04 (step 4, Glider — orifice opening), 030/.04 (step 5, named "shaper" but used for glide-path prep), and 025/.02 (step 6, Twin Shaper finisher). The 20/.07 (19 mm) and 30/.02 appear in the spec table but are not referenced in the IFU step-by-step — they may be optional alternates or coronal flares (per IFU)
Cross-section geometry is not described in the IFU text (no spec-card image extracted); brochure-style cross-section names should not be assumed
Storage conditions: 5–35 °C ambient, 30–75% relative humidity, dry and away from light (per IFU section 6)
Final autoclave: 121 °C / 20 min, 134 °C / 5 min, or 134 °C / 18 min for prion inactivation (per IFU sterilization section)
