Clinical Tips
ALWAYS start with PRIMARY file - it fits 80% of canals
Reciprocating motion reduces cyclic fatigue significantly
Single-file system reduces cross-contamination risk
Gold heat treatment provides excellent flexibility
Files may appear slightly curved - this is normal, not a defect
File will follow canal anatomy once inside
Warnings
- MUST use WaveOne/WaveOne Gold motor settings - never continuous rotation
- Single use only - cannot be resterilized or reused
- Contains nickel - do not use on patients with nickel allergy
- Do not fully immerse in sodium hypochlorite solution
- Do not use in severe/sudden apical curvatures
- Clean flutes frequently and check for signs of distortion or wear
