All BioRaCe files operate at 600 RPM and 1.0 Ncm (per IFU golden rules). Brochure suggests 500-600 RPM range. FKG speed/torque chart shows 1.5 Ncm as the torque limit.
The BioRaCe technique (Debellian & Trope) focuses on biological preparation: thorough cleaning and disinfection through a crown-down approach with copious irrigation (per brochure).
BR0 (25/.08) has a partially active tip for coronal pre-flaring; all other BioRaCe files have non-cutting safety tips (per brochure).
Alternating cutting edges reduce screw-in tendency; electropolished surface may improve fatigue resistance (per brochure).
The Extended Set (BR4C, BR5C, BR6, BR7) is separate from the Basic Set and provides options for severe curvatures (.02 taper) and larger canals (50-60/.04) (per IFU).
Single patient use is recommended to avoid cross-contamination (per IFU). If reprocessed, autoclave at 134°C, 2.2 bar, 18 min per EN/ISO 17664 protocol.
